About Us
Elizabeth Wall CHRL - Founder
At HR 1st Consulting Services Inc., we believe that practical experience, a global perspective, and a lifelong commitment to learning are the keys to building strong, people-centered workplaces.
Our founder grew up in a small rural farming community, where the values of hard work, resilience, and integrity were learned early on while working on a tobacco farm. After high school, she entered the workforce in a factory setting—building parts, performing quality inspections, and managing shipping and receiving. It was during this time that she pursued post-secondary education in Human Resources and Health & Safety, driven by a desire to create better work environments for others.
With over 15 years of progressive HR experience, she has worked her way up from an HR Administrator to a Global Vice President of Human Resources, supporting teams and businesses across North America, Europe, and Asia. Her hands-on background and international leadership experience gives her a unique ability to navigate the complexities of people management in diverse cultural settings. She offers a grounded, common-sense approach to resolving challenges and supporting organizations of all sizes.
Currently completing her Executive MBA, she continues to embody her belief that learning is a lifelong commitment - a value she brings to every client and project.
